The Smoking Barrel is a fantasy Tavern owned by two nerdy parents Porter and Elowyn. This tavern is not just a place of respite, but a sanctuary that appears to those in need. It's a place to rest and recharge from your adventures, stock up on supplies, share laughter with fellow travelers, and gain insight from the Tavernkeepers. Our journey began with a magical tavern that has amassed over 550k followers on TT. We have since ventured over to these realms to bring you how-to videos, tavern aesthetics, mouth-watering food/drink, inspiring words, and more - by doing these kinds of mini-quests and sharing what we know, we hope to uplift others to help them start on their own adventures.
Our personal journeys began in high school, and over the past 16 years, we have built a strong and lasting relationship. We eloped and have grown our family with two wonderful children and a beloved corgi. Our shared love for all things nerdy, from fantasy to superheroes, sci-fi, and Dungeons & Dragons, we find endless fascination in these captivating realms. Outside of our nerdy passions, we love spending quality time with our kids, enjoying camping, hiking, fishing, cosplaying, and gaming. These experiences bring us closer together, fostering a deep appreciation for the joys of life. With these kinds of experiences, we hope to share with others, that they can find joy too.
